K; The Iowa Project
Old Distillery, North Mall, Cork
[we've cut the middle of this because it tells the whole story of the play - we'll put it in once the run's over!]
With the clunky charms of a black and white B Movie, Hammergrin Theatre Company’s promenade production succeeds to entertain and confuse in equal measure.
…All in all, the company has devised and directed a great evening’s entertainment – intelligent, amusing and witty.
… a company that is growing into one of the best new company’s on the Cork theatrical scene.

We have been encamped en masse in the Old Distillery for two weeks now, and the transformation of a massive warehouse into the 1950s CIA headquarters of “K.:The IOWA Project” is nearing completion.
The nature of the show means that only 30 people a night will get in. Obviously our advice is to book early (the box office is in Merchant’s Quay, check out all the other shows on too!). Only 210 lucky people will get to see our biggest ever show, and we really think you’re going to love it! Production shots up here soon…
